糖醋排骨

在网上看到一个简单做糖醋排骨的方法,试了试感觉味道不错。圣诞节可以秀一下了,嘿嘿。
 
1)肋骨若干,放入沸水焯一下,去血水,浮末

2)一酒二酱三糖四醋五水
  就是一份料酒二份酱油,三份砂糖,四份醋,五份水

3) 放好如上糖醋水等料后的排骨,大火烧开后,小火接着煮
4) 大概煮约40分钟,等汁已经收的粘稠状,加入芝麻,起锅!!
