脆拌洋芋丝

材料:   马铃薯2个 红辣椒1条    炒香白芝麻1大匙  油1大匙
调味料:盐1/2小匙  高鲜味精1/4小匙 香油1大匙
 
做法:
1) 马铃薯削皮洗净切成丝状,入冷水泡5分钟,过程中需换水两次水。
2) 另烧开一锅水,假如1大匙油,洋芋丝倒入漏勺中先沥干水分,再加入沸水中烫10秒钟立即捞起,并以筷子拨动散热。
3) 红辣椒去子切丝,假如马铃薯丝及白芝麻、调味料拌匀即成。
