酱卤猪脚

材料:猪后腿1只,香菜少许,葱2支,蒜头10粒
调味料:酱油半杯,酱油膏1/4杯,冰糖1大匙,味精1茶匙,水2杯,胡椒粉少许
 
做法:
1)猪脚洗净,沥干水分,切块,入油锅大火炸30秒,见皮酥且紧,即捞出,沥干油。
2)葱切段,与整粒蒜头一起入油锅炸至金黄色(约30苗),捞出
3)另锅,加入调味料及2烧开,加入猪脚,改小伙煮30-40分钟即可盛盘。
4)香菜洗净,置其上即可。
