Conference call with customer

Co-worker J asked me to join a conference call with customer this morning.  This is an opportunity for self-improvement, so I accepted the invitation without hesitation.

Good: In overall, the meeting went on smoothly.  I expressed what I need to say, and asked several questions to the customer and got my answers.

Point need to improve: Need more practice on listening skills, both on the art of listening level and the language level.

Action taken: read aloud books and novels.
